A gorgeous antique puffed heart pendant dating from the latter half of the 19th Century. At the centre rests a heart-shaped chalcedony cabochon, surrounded by a halo of little seed pearls. It's crafted in 9 karat gold, with a lovely antique patina picked up over the years.
